![]() ![]() I used ddu to remove the driver and when I tried to install it again I got an error 1603. In AMD Software it shows 0rpm(everything else is working fine), and it makes no difference if it's on auto or manual. I tried switching the PSU, changing the ram, putting the graphics card into a different PCIe slot, switching the bios via the dual bios switch on the card. After turning it back on again the gpu fan just wouldn't spin. About 20-30 minutes into the game my pc just shut down randomly. I launched the game and the fans were working. After updating it till there were no more windows updates I installed the latest AMD drivers and downloaded Control The Foundation. I was using the open source drivers and I was controlling my fan speed manually(usually i just kept it at around 40% on normal usage and at 90% when playing Dota 2).Ī few days ago I figured I wanted to switch back to windows so I wiped my ssd and installed a fresh copy of windows 10. I was using my pc about 2 months with Linux Mint, worked perfectly fine. As stated I'm having a problem with my graphics card.
